I have experience in many technologies both software and manufacturing methods. I am experienced in design & delivery of cost-effective, high-performance technology solutions in support of rapid financial growth companies. My implementation experience includes on-premise and SaaS systems architecture.
I bring a strong technology sales experience along with being the client advocate during Agile project methodologies during development and delivery.
I have extensive experience assisting and managing accounts with technical systems evaluation and selection through post-sale training. I am a responsible decision maker with a solid understanding of corporate policy and technical direction to meet business growth while maintaining agency and regulatory compliance.

Presenting appropriate information concisely to appropriate levels of client and management teams is a strength.
I enjoy defining and leading leading edge technology stacks such as the concept of four sided applications built upon API and micro-services for maximum flexibility. Four sided API is app-to-client (frontend), app-to-backend, app-to-app (sides) and likely internal micro-services in the app itself. High speed development and agile applications depend on extensive API use to meet market needs.
I have worked as a contracted member of the C-team of multiple companies, I am skilled in bringing together disparate opinions and goals to achieve success.
I have typically completed 25-50 software technology installations per year. Those implementations include web based applications (SaaS) as well as on-premise systems and SaaS integrated with on-premise servers/services. It is common practice for me to develop specifications, propose solutions, design and implement “bridge applications” where dis-similar software is connected virtually. Software development using Agile methodology is frequently used so I am very familiar with it.
My education and experience developed over a number of years are based on technology development and successful market development. I’ve assisted a number of industries ranging from product manufacturing to software development. My strength is working with “C” level decision makers as a functional CTO or COO. My skills include the ability to build internal and external (contracted) teams to accomplish corporate growth goals. I understand what it requires to create and set direction in order to achieve a successful business outcome.
As the owner of a CRM systems VAR (value added reseller) organization for 25+ years, I have direct experience developing and implementing technology direction internally as well as with/for clients. This includes placing and implementing systems and software. My involvement in a number of corporate environments has provided me with hands-on experience in product development, marketing and production. As a customer relationship management systems specialist, I have been involved in the front-end marketing of products and services as well as building sales processes and teams to complete the product life cycle. I know that as a leader one must understand the entire process as well as be an expert at his/her own focus.
